Stock Status Information

This page provides detailed explanations on each of the stock statuses displayed throughout our online store. The stock status indicators will provide you with accurate availability information of each product, which in turn will ensure that we can meet your expectations.

At Space Hi-Fi, our aim is to provide our customers with accurate stock status information for every single item. All items are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our live inventory management system to provide you with accurate, real time stock levels.

In Stock

This means that the item is in stock at our warehouse and is ready for immediate shipment or pickup in store.

All orders received and paid for before 2pm (AEST) business days will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped on the next available business day.

Alternatively, you are welcome to visit us in store where all stocked items are readily available for purchase.


Ships in "X" Days

This indicates that the item is is available for order but stock is either on its way to us, will be ordered in for you or held in a third party warehouse. Once your order is received, stock will be allocated to you. At this time we will also provide you with an updated delivery time estimate.

If your preference is to pick up in store, we will notify you once we receive your item. You can then collect the order at your convenience.

Please note that as items marked with this stock status are not currently held within our primary warehouse, there may be rare cases where we may not be able to fulfill an order within the estimated time frame. In such cases, we will contact you promptly to discuss available options, which will include the option to cancel and refund the order if preferred. You are also welcome to contact us in advance to confirm stock availability.

Note: "X" will be substituted with the estimated amount of days that the item will be dispatched within.


Call to Order / Available In Store Only

This stock status means that this item is available for purchase in store or over the phone.

This may be due to dealer agreements or cases where the product is custom made to order. Please contact us to discuss purchasing options.


Special Order

This means that the product is a special order item and will be ordered in for you.

Once your order is received, stock will be allocated to you. At this time we will also provide you with an updated delivery time estimate. You are also welcome to contact in advance, before placing an order to obtain an estimated delivery time frame.

If your preference is to pick up in store, we will notify you once we receive your item. You can then collect the order at your convenience.


On Back Order

This stock status means that the product is currently on back order with our supplier.

If we are accepting back orders on an item, we anticipate that there may be limited stock availability once stock allocations are fulfilled. In consideration of this, it may be best to reserve stock in advance.


Pre-Order / Arriving Soon

This stock status means that the product will be arriving soon or will be a new addition to our range.

If we are accepting pre-orders on an item, we anticipate that there is likely to be high demand for the product upon arrival and we are offering an opportunity to secure stock in advance.


Sold Out

This means that the item is currently out of stock.

More stock may already be on the way or is in the process of being reordered from our supplier.

If an ETA is displayed, this is an estimate on when we expect more stock to arrive. If an ETA is not displayed, we may be waiting on an ETA from our supplier or an accurate ETA may not be available at this time.
