We offer both standard and express* delivery options to all locations across Australia. This is automatically calculated based on weight. You can obtain a shipping estimate on each product page or on the shopping cart page when ordering multiple items. All shipments include tracking.
* Express delivery is limited to a maximum weight of 22kg per order and each item can be no longer than 105cm.

When Will my Order Ship?
We are committed to providing you with the highest standard of service. We will prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible to ensure the fastest delivery time from our warehouse to your door.
All orders received before 3pm (AEST) business days will be shipped out the same day. Any orders received after this time will be shipped on the next available business day.
Please note that an order can only be processed (prepared for shipping) once payment has been received in full. Please also refer to the section below regarding the stock statuses displayed throughout our website.
What do the Different Stock Statuses Mean and How do They Affect Delivery Time?
As noted in the section above, any items that are listed as in stock will be processed and shipped out immediately. However, items that are ordered in from our supplier or are in pre-order status cannot be shipped until stock is received or allocated to you by our supplier.
The stock status for each item is clearly displayed throughout our website in each location where you can add an item to your cart. All items are monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by our live inventory management system to provide you with accurate, real time stock levels.

Which Carrier Do You Use?
Most orders will be delivered through Australia Post. However, some orders which consist of larger items may be delivered via a courier service. We will always provide you with the safest and fastest shipping method possible for each order.
Can I Request a Call Before Delivery?
Unfortunately our carriers cannot phone prior to delivery.
However, if you are uncertain as to whether or not yourself or another person can be present at the nominated delivery address, then you may prefer to issue an authority to leave (please refer to the section below).
Do I Have to be Available at the Nominated Address to Receive my Order?
To ensure the safest possible delivery, it is recommended that you or another person are present at the nominated delivery address to receive your order. If delivery is attempted and a recipient is not available, usually a collection card will be left with further instructions.
However, if you believe that you will not have time to collect the parcel from the nearest collection point, then you may elect to issue an authority to leave. This means that the carrier will leave the parcel in a safe location in your absence.
Please note that if this option is selected then you assume complete responsibility for the parcel as soon as it is dispatched from our warehouse. Unfortunately we cannot replace lost or stolen items if you have issued an authority to leave.
To notify us of this preference, simply leave a note within the comments field during checkout. Please also include a safe location that is accessible to leave the parcel if the premises are unattended.
Do You Offer International Shipping?
We ship within Australia only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.
How Will my Items be Protected During Transit?
We will always prepare your order for shipping with the highest level of care. We take a great deal of pride in providing you with the highest standard of packaging and as a result, we can confidently assure you that all items will be well protected during transit.
Some examples of packaging materials used include robust shipping cartons, courier satchels and padded mailing bags. For extra protection we also use padding materials such as bubble wrap, void fill (packing peanuts or foam chips etc.) and various other wrapping materials.
Rest assured, we ship every single order with more than adequate packaging and protection that well and truly exceeds the recommended standard. This will ensure a safe delivery to your nominated address, every time.
