Jazz 100
Jazz 100 is designed on the basis of 805A power tubes. It outputs 46 watts per channel operating in single ended class A. An all tube design with Mullard 6JC6 and 6SN7 voltage amplification stage, 6L6 driver stage, and 805A output tubes. For the driver stage 6L6 have been selected, but you can also also use EL34, 6CA7, 5881, 6550, KT88, KT90 etc. for replacement which can allow to enjoy a different sound signature.
Three pairs of line inputs, and one Bluetooth input are located on the rear panel of the amplifier. Speaker terminals for 4 and 8 ohm speakers are also located on the rear of the amplifier. Taking advantage of a customised output transformer Jazz 100 provides headphone output that can drive most the headphones on the market.
The dual metre design, provides a retro appeal and eye-catching design. The power meter pulsates with the rhythm of the output stage. The left meter can also be used for bias adjustment in conjunction with the bias switch located on the top plate.
Hum balancer for the 805A tubes is accessible on the top plate for easy adjustment of the hum level. High voltage fuses are used in the amplifier for protection. In case there is a failure of a tube, the fuse will react first so you can easily identify where the issue is. Negative feedback selection is available on the top plate with an NFB switch that allows you to choose between high and low NFB to enjoy the different sound characteristics of the Jazz 100 tube amplifier.
The Jazz 100 is hand-made with an anodised aluminium front, a gorgeous fully vented chassis, and the finest point-to-point wiring. Some of the premium parts include an Alps volume control, porcelain tube sockets, audio grade capacitors, carbon film resistors, toroidal transformer for power supply, wide bandwidth EI output transformer, and more. Standard with remote control, Jazz 100 can memorise the last operation of the unit after being powered off.
The soft-start circuit and high voltage delay protect the amplifier, resulting in extended life for the tubes.
