Shipping Information
Our aim is to keep our shipping structure as simple as possible while at the same time providing flexibility for our diverse range of products. We also offer an expedited shipping option to meet your time sensitive requirements.
For your convenience, we offer a choice of the two shipping options listed below.
- Standard Delivery: FREE!
- Express Delivery: $7.95 (Flat Rate)
Standard Delivery is FREE for our entire range of products. Depending on where you live in Australia, this could take 1 to 5 business days to be delivered to your door (although in many cases, it is common for delivery to occur within 1 to 3 business days).
We also offer an upgrade to Express Delivery for a flat rate of $7.95. This is usually next business day delivery for destinations within the Express Network. If your destination Post Code is outside of this network, delivery may occur on the second or third business day.
Almost all of our shipments will be delivered through Australia Post. However, some shipments may be delivered via a courier service. We will always select the safest and fastest shipping method for your order.
Rest assured, we ship hundreds of orders that arrive safely to their destination every single week.
Please note that some larger items may require additional charges for Express Delivery. All applicable charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the confirmation of your order.
How Can We Offer Free Shipping?
We have calculated how much the shipping costs are on an average basis and we absorb this cost from the product price itself. This does not mean that if you purchase more than one item you are actually paying more. Of course this would be the case if the full shipping cost was built into each item. However, we have used extensive reporting to ascertain the average order value against the average shipping cost and we allow for this value according to the ratio of each product.
This also applies to Express Delivery. You may notice that in almost all cases we don't actually charge the true cost price for this shipping method. The amount charged here is simply the average difference. Besides these factors, we have also dedicated a great deal of research to ensure that we utilise the most cost effective methods of shipping and packaging. This way we can continue to offer you the very best prices.
This system is in place to create the most balanced price across all of our product range. Our goal was to eliminate the concern for costs of shipping and combined shipping rates for our customers. We wanted to make this process as simple as possible and we feel that this structure has helped us to achieve this.
