This is achieved due to the fact that the wire is held firmly in place by the unique clamp design and will not fray. The 24k gold plating will ensure the best possible connection and will also ensure that the connector will not corrode over time. As the Banana Plugs are inserted completely into the binding posts, the Speakers and Amplifier (AV Receiver) will have the best possible connection due to the fact that the connection surface area will be as great as possible.
These Banana Plugs feature a screw clamp type fastener. This works via inserting the wire into the rear section of the Banana Plug and a second piece is inserted and screws in to secure the speaker wire.
